We inform you that on the 28-29 October, 1998, in Tbilisi will hold the
International Conference "THE GENOCIDE OF THE PEOPLES IN THE CAUCASUS".
The main themes of the Conference: 1) Anticaucasian, repressive policy
of the Soviet empire (1917-1991), 2) The Postsoviet Russia and the
Caucasus (1991-1998), 3) Human Rights and Basic Freedoms in the
Caucasus.
The Conference is dedicated to the 50th anniversary of the Universal
Declaration of Human Rights and to the memory of Professor Abdurakhman
Avtorkhanov.
We invite you and hope for your coming in Tbilisi.
If you want to make the lectures, we must have the Abstract before the
July 31, 1998.
