     NEW SERVICE OF COUNTERPART CREATIVE CENTER
     SPECIAL AND UNIQUE THIRD SECTOR VIDEO LIBRARY
     Dear colleagues, 
     Counterpart Creative Center, a Ukrainian non-governmental 
     organization, is a national service center for NGOs in Ukraine. It 
     provides the following services: informational and consulting 
     services, conducting training and seminars, conducting evaluations and 
     researches, preparing and issuing publications, administering grant 
     programs. 
     Starting this year, Counterpart Creative  Center is providing a 
     special and unique video library and video hall for NGOs in Ukraine 
     that is oriented on the development of NGOs and the third sector. The 
     library works from 9  a.m.. till 6 p.m.. Monday -Friday. 
     If you are interested in this service, or would like to donate your 
     organizational presentation or some other cassettes useful for the 
     developing NGOs in Ukraine, please contact us.
