[CivilSoc] Media Sustainability Index (MSI) Now Online

IREX is pleased to announce that the recently published 2001 Media
Sustainability Index (MSI) is now available online at
www.irex.org/msi. By placing the MSI online, IREX makes this unique
tool available in PDF-format to anyone with Internet access.
USAID and IREX designed the MSI to assess the state of the
independent media sectors in any country of the world. This first
iteration examines Europe and Eurasia in 2001.
IREX has made the MSI's online version more accessible by offering
downloadable PDF versions of individual chapters, as well as a zip
archive of the complete publication.
