[CivilSoc] Query--economic outputs of 3rd sector in Western Europe

Hi list members,
Open Estonia Foundation is preparing a book on the subject of civil
society and the third sector (since there is very little information
available in Estonian about that). We would like one article to be
about the economic outputs of the third sector in Western Europe for
introducing also the possible economic force of the sector:
employment, volunteers, percentage of the GDP, expenditures.
The problem is that from the sources known to us we have not been
able to find newer comparative data on economical outputs of European
CSOs than the results of The Johns Hopkins Comparative Nonprofit
Sector Project.  It contains information from 1995, which is a bit
too old. So, my request is, if the reader of this message could
suggest any sources available on that subject, please let me know.
