Dear colleagues,
 Youth Center for Civil Society "Veras" (Vitebsk city, Republic of Belarus)
is a non-profit organization which works according to its mission: to assist
in establishing democracy, civil society building and the development of the
national culture in Vitebsk and Vitebsk region while realizing and
supporting political and public youth programs.
 Our goals are:
� to involve young people into public activity;
� to popularize the idea of civil society;
� to assist in building cooperation links between structures of the first
and the third sectors;
� to support development of the national culture;
� to support active democratic-minded youth;
� to assist in establishing cooperation between public organizations;
� to provide possibilities for public and creative self realization of young
people;
� to help in creation and registration of youth NGOs;
� to educate activists of the youth third sector;
� to provide free access to independent public and political information.
 In the near future we will start English-language news e-mail list, which
will be issued two times a month. The news will reflect the most significant
events of Vitebsk city and Vitebsk region public and political life.
 We propose anyone to subscribe the e-mail list for free. This may be  done
through special form at our Internet-site, located at
